Some where in a square near the local Rosen Queen is a glowing blue door. It is not in a wall; it simply there, a door to nothing in particular. You may have seen such blue doors else where, but this is one is notable from any others you've seen for having a lacquered blue sign mounted on it reading, "Side quests; please inquire within."
As you open the door, you find yourself inexplicably looking into a spacious and lavishly decorated blue velvet elevator. Elizabeth stands there waiting. "Welcome to the Velvet Room."
