Those little trampolines are fun, but skipping rope might be better since it incorporates more muscle activity. Whatever you do, I hope you have fun. :)

Yay for your -1.5 lbs, and -16 lbs! My fingers get skinnier first as well. My feet, too. It's strange.

It's so odd where you lose weight first. I will do some jump rope too, see how that goes. I start walking Monday. I am trying to do all sorts of diferent cardio exercises so my body won't become acustomed to one.

Congratulations. Man - losing weight is hard. I hate how I notice that I'm gaining it in terms of where I notice it. I used to weigh about 115 lbs when I graduated HS and about 150 when I graduated college. I hate excercising so much... but its inevitable I do so in order to loose some weight.

Yes, there is nothing harder than losing weight...at least in my experience. But It's really worth it, and I feel so much better, and I look better too. Best of luck with your weight loss. Thanks for dropping by my blog.

Congrats on moving in the direction of your goals! And I'll agree with everyone else that losing weight is probably one of the hardest things a person can attempt to do. "The mind commands the body and it obeys. The mind orders itself and meets resistance." - St. Augustine.
