wrap the plug connectors and the ends with protective tape. you don't want to go ripping them off or snapping the connector.
other than that, make your holes bigger than you think... maybe run a thin rope or strong string FIRST as a pull, and leave some behind in parallel for the next wire you want to pull back through (always pulling the extra strand with it...)
Since you'll be doing work for me in the future, I'm happy to prepay for the work to purchase the new bridges if that would be the easiest and more workable solution. Let me know! (And since you do't have internet all the time, I'll call you about this!)
