I just opened a birthday gift from a friend and was blown away to find a pair of earrings previously owned by Bette Davis (certificate of authenticity included).

Hey, it was great, thanks. We had dinner and spent the night at the Algonquin Hotel in NYC, where Dorothy Parker and her round table cohorts used to hang out. I was really glad we were staying in the city, since the only significant snow we've had the entire year (so far) was on my birthday!

I've been reading about your trip--sounds like you did some great stuff! I've still never been to Stonehenge--gotta remedy that.
