[Saori decided to venture out alone this time when she comes across the unconscious Miki. Fearing the worst, she runs over to her and gently shakes her.]

Miki? Miki? Wake up.

You see some weird things during the Dark Hour. Mostly it's grim imagery, blood, and monsters with an appearance that may or may not cause Sigmund Freud to begin dancing with glee inside of his coffin -- coffins were another thing you'd see during the Dark Hour, coincidentally.

What you normally wouldn't see would be a human leg sticking out of a pile of trash.

This sight catching his curiosity, Lancer would crouch down and investigate the pile o' junk, unearthing the KO'd girl and subsequently trying to get her out of that whole "unconscious" state of being.

"Oi. Wake up, kid."

Burhvjzzzd [Miki mutters from under the pile of trash, still a little bit out of it, slowly she comes too, muttering and groaning a bit as she struggles to get up.]

Lancer wasn't quite a gentleman per se, but he did err in favor of doing things like helping people out far more often than he did the opposite.

So yeah, have a steady arm helping you sit up and a curious face on the other end of it.

"Who the hell hit you? Doubt there's any shadow unreasonable enough, or smart enough, to dump someone in a mess of trash like that."

[Miki grabs Lancer's arm and hauls herself up.]

Well If were anyone other than myself I'd be embarrassed to say that I did lose.
