hay, if you're used to snacking, go ahead! just don't eat that crap at the office - bring baby carrots and some fat-free dressing to dip 'em in, or a granola bar, or some nuts, or an apple or pear or... I mean, there's LOADS of things that're low-cal, low/no-fat, and chock-fulla goodstuffs for you that're A-OKAY to snack on.

you're never going to "win" this "battle" if you think you're going to magically change the kind of person you are overnight. baby steps. cut out the candies and sweets, eat less overall, and try to take the stairs more. you'll be that amazing super-fit person eventually - but change takes time, and if you want to succeed, you need to make it as easy as possible for yourself!

much luck! let me know if you wanna hit the gym in our building sometime. 'd love to have a buddy down there!

Danke!!

What sucks snack-wise, is that I can't eat raw carrots or apples or pears, a little allergic, some nuts, too. I need to find other fruits and stuff, or figure out which ones are the healthier ones. I know so nothing about nutrition.

I'd take the steps...at least down, haha, 7 flights up may kill me after work!! =P Although, I probably will start doing that.

I'll let you know if I need a workout buddy. I'm sure Izzy and I will both be down there often in the future. =D

* Fresh fruit in season, cut in slices or halves, such as apples, oranges, bananas, peaches, grapefruit, grapes, melons, pears, plums or strawberries.

* Lowfat quick breads and muffins, such as pumpkin, zucchini, banana or bran.

* Non-sugared cereals, snack mixes made with popcorn and whole grain cereal.

* Lowfat yogurt with fresh, frozen or canned fruit.

* Shakes with lowfat milk or yogurt and fruit.

Awww, you're too nice!! We both have some extra poundage we can lose...and we really just want to tone up. Plus, we eat like crap...eating healthy can only bring good things.
