On the positive side the Fool can represent beginnings, optimism, possibility, innocence, positive influence and untapped potential.
When in reverse, the Fool represents foolish or unworthy choices, immaturity, lack of responsibility, impulsiveness, lawlessness, and wasted potential.
I. Magician
The list of Persona can be found here.
Upright, the Magician represents the ability to take action, power, confidence, individuality, strength of will, resourcefulness, and awareness.
In reverse, the Magician is a symbol of trickery, lack of self confidence, indecisiveness, abuse of power, immaturity, and misplaced trust.
II. Priestess
The list of Persona can be found here.
Upright, the Priestess is a symbol of inner knowledge, the feminine, moral judgment, common sense, intuition, and serenity.
In reverse, the Priestess symbolizes the superficial, ignorance, short sighted goals, selfish desires and rash or poor judgment.
III. Empress

The Empress, in the upright position, represents fertility of the mind and body, good luck, nurture, creativity, motherhood, and assurance.
In the reverse position, the Empress represents over protectiveness, suppressed creativity, barrenness, emotional discord, and uncertainty.
IV. Emperor

On the positive side, the Emperor can represent authority, fatherhood, leadership, and decision making skills.
In the reverse position, the Emperor represents weakness, loss of authority, manipulation of power, and indecision.
V. Hierophant

In the upright position, the Hierophant represents formality, knowledge, religion, tradition, and wise advice.
On the negative side, it represents misleading advice, slander, rejection of tradition, unconventionality, and distortion of the truth.
VI. Lovers

On the positive side, the Lovers represent choice, the individual conscious, unity, harmony, and intuition.
On the negative side, it represents internal conflict, disharmony and chaos in a union, postponing choices, and duality.
VII. Chariot

In the upright position, the Chariot represents victory, triumph over diversity, ambition, effort, and perseverance.
In the reverse position, the Chariot represents a momentary and thus unsatisfying win, a disregard for others, loss of control due to personal flaws, and too high of expectations.

In the upright position, Justice represents morality, settlement, fairness, clarity, and judgment.
On the negative side, Justice represents inequality, injustice, confusion on moral or legal matters, bias, and imbalance.
IX. Hermit

On the positive side, the Hermit represents the search for answers within one’s self, caution, discretion, planning, and wise guidance.
In the reverse position, it represents refusal of assistance, isolation, groundless suspicions, bad habits, and too much or misplaced self reliance.

On the positive side, the Fortune card represents fate, luck, a new cycle starting, change, and good coincidences.
On the negative side, it represents bad luck, resistance to change or negative change, interruptions, and life difficulties.

In the reverse position, it represents defeat, lack of willpower, pessimism, tyranny, inadequacy, and unworthy or immoral impulses.

In the upright position, the Hanged Man represents devotion, flexibility of the mind, sacrifice, rebirth, and transformation.
On the negative side, it represents the inability to take action, loss, selfishness, apathy, and oppression.

On the positive side, Death represents transition, a new beginning or chance at life, alterations, and the end of something that has served its purpose.
In the reverse position, it represents a spiritual death, a painful or unpleasant transition, fear of change, lethargy, and exhaustion.
XIV. Temperance

On the positive side, Temperance represents growth and the balance of opposites, combinations, diplomacy, a good outlook, and innovation.
On the negative side, it represents conflicting interests, imbalance, stress, restlessness, and instability.

In the upright position, the Devil represents lust, obsession, knowledge of one’s own desires or needs, and feeling the burden of physical or material things.
In the reverse position, it represents temptation, true evil, greed, bondage, abuse, and emotional turmoil or blackmail.

On the positive side, the Tower represents major changes, upheaval, disruption, enlightenment, and freedom.
In the reverse position, it represents the loss of belief, collapse of values, loss of expression, imprisonment, and negativity.

In the upright position, the Star represents hope, calmness, healing, spiritual love, confidence, and inspiration.
On the negative side, it represents self doubt, lack of trust, stubbornness, obstacles in the way of happiness, and rigidity.

In the upright position, the Moon represents imagination, entertainment, dreams, and the unconscious mind.
In the reverse position, it represents illusions, deception, insincerity, escapism, a need for help, and secrecy.
