Clipless pedals.I've converted. Finally! Although there's a bit of a learning curve involved with this...I took a painful fall yesterday morning and my knee is swollen. Everything they say about clipless pedals enabling "better efficiency", which I had always dismissed as complete bullshit, is true...there are a couple of hills I ride up
