With the sensors continuing their search for Tersilium, Janeway focused once more on Seven.

“Harry said you needed to look over a few complicated algorithms?” Janeway addressed Seven, finding herself wanting to stay in Seven’s presence for a little longer.

“Yes, Captain,” Seven replied

I'm with Writtensword, I would love to see Miranda confide in Janeway. Do you think Janeway would return the sentiment? For some reason I see these two women as Kindred spirits. I forsee a great friendship forming!

Well, I don't really see people complaining that a chapter is too long, so I doubt you are facing a burden here, being blamed for this. But it's true, when I send you the chapter it had 3200 words, after I finished implementing your suggestions, the chapter suddenly had 4500 words.

I am glad you like my take on your suggestions.

I also see J/M as kindred spirits. I am not sure Janeway returning the sentiment would work with the plot, but she may drop some hints if Miranda confesses, which I am still unsure about. I had a confession of Miranda to Janeway planed, but a little later into the story. It is still the same day. Then again, I am over 4 chapters into the story. I am very uncertain, right now.

I guess I will just let my muse do the talking...er...writing.
