I'm going to be looking in Long Beach and surrounding cities in Los Angeles. Does anyone know of any pet-friendly apartments? The policy is usually one large dog when they allow large dogs, which is fine of course. I have a couple leads, but I wondered if anyone knew of any places off hand. =)

Can't help you there. I recommend you NOT find a place in Los Angeles (the city). It will be hella exspencive. Long Beach is of course cheaper ;)
You might want to join los_angeles if you aren't already a member. There's also a few sites that cater to helping pet people look for homes. I forgot the links. Try googling "southern california pet friendly apartments" or something like that.

I am looking in Long Beach, actually. That's my first pick. What I really meant was "in Los Angeles county". =) There are dogs everywhere in Long Beach so I figure it's a good bet. Thanks for the link. I will check that out.
