I know! And I'm sooo happy my cat, Ghost, likes Joey. I was so afraid he'd get jealous since he's been the only animal besides my rats that is actually, exclusively, mine (and will be moving with me.) Love for little animals. <333

Yes, they are dark ruby. I didn't notice until we took them over to my house. I was really pleased to see that they were. I *love* ruby eyes. It's so cool how they can look black one moment and red the next. =D

Joey is a long-haired chihuahua, but the photo makes him look *huge*. I guess because there isn't anything to compare him to. He's very tiny, though. When his eyes are open they are fairly "buggy", but not too bad. I'll post more later so you can get a better idea of what he looks like. He's so damn cute.
