Some have noticed that I have not posted anything about weight watchers in a while and that's honestly because I have had a hard time getting past my old weight loss record of 185. I kept bouncing between 185 and 187. Well today I am happy to report I finally broke the barrier and dropped down to 184.3. I hope to keep this up and my next goal

I should actually be doing some diet as well though. Not working and moving for such long time is not helping me at all for sure. O.o
