So I have not talked about my weight watchers in a while and its because I have been failing at it. I am back up to 190 right now and I really hate it. Problem is they completed changed how they do the whole points thing and so I have not been able to use any of the tools I used to use to keep track for one. I know that you have heard it before, but the best thing is not to try to rush it. Keep the changes coming, keep doing them, but don't try to do it in a short time...

I know it is tough. I reached a point...155 where I was constantly hungry and missed having treats like ice cream. I think serious cardio exercise is a great way to balance things out.

Something to think about.

I know what you mean..I am sitting thinking how good it would be to get some ice cream. humm. But I will resist and maybe distract myself by going out and doing some cardo with the horses. Lets get dinner sometime!
