Panic attack

I had one today. It was really difficult. It basically involves the man mom is interested in. I'm scared of him. She doesn't care. The only thing keeping him away from me right now is this pregnancy. When it's over, he'll be back. I hate him. I hate him so much.

omg, that's horrible! I don't mean to meddle, but if he hurts you, you should tell someone! That sounds pretty serious! I'm so sorry! :(
Now I feel bad, because I originally came here about naughty_bones. Is it a community just for fanfiction? or can the members also have discussions?
Also, I think the reason you were getting so much shit before about "we already have a bones fanfic community" is because while the username is "naughty bones", the display name is "bones fanfiction", so it's not really... I can't think of the word... advertising maybe? that it's a community for the naughtier side of Bones. It's completely up to you, because you created the community, but you might want to consider changing the display name to "naughty_bones" or something that tells people what the community is about.
At least this'll give you something to think about instead of that evil man. I'm really sorry about what you're going through :( *hugs* Do you know if your baby is a boy or a girl yet?

He hasn't physically hurt me which is why it's so hard to deal with. I'm waiting, though. He's seriously unstable. I've actually looked more into some issues with my mother and it seems like she's not calling him much at all or even answering his calls when he does call. But he keeps calling her constantly so I'm a bit worried about her. If I weren't pregnant I'd be more of a pit bull about this, but for now I can only take care of me and my baby and my daughter and just hope for the best. Thanks for your concern though

It's good that your mother's not talking to him much. The best thing you and your mother could do is stay as far away as possible! Perhaps she could try blocking his number or something? (I'm actually not sure if that's possible, but it's something you or she could look into)

Bones Adult Fanfiction sounds better. You also had something in the community rules about icons and pic-manips and stuff, so maybe it could be something like Bones Adult Fanfiction and Artwork.

I understand about neglecting the community. Don't feel bad! So many people just ignored it and said it was a bad idea. I think anyone would've gotten discouraged! Hopefully once we get the banner up and once I make a few graphics, it will lure new members! *hugs*

I changed some things in the userinfo of naughty_bones. Nothing incredibly drastic, but if you don't like any of it, feel free to change it back.

Also, I just wanted to let you know that the actual journal page of the community looks like crap right now. I put the banner up, but I had to switch the style to generator for it to work, so then the text wouldn't show up (because it was black on black) so I changed the background color to white temporarily. I'm open to suggestions on what the background should be. The code I put in the overrides box has a spot where you can insert your own from a url, so we have quite a few options.

And one last thing: theres a code somewhere that changes the comment/reply links. If I can find it, would you be interested in changing the links from "comment" to something fun like "be naughty" or I dunno, something naughty_bones-related?

As for the background color...maybe red? I'm partial to black and red for color schemes, but that's just me. I definitely think it needs to be bold and also kind of dark.

I didn't know there were so many codes. LOL. I enjoy the 'Be Naughty' option for commenting. That's pretty neat. I'd wondered how to do that. I'm glad you found something.

I, too, am partial to the red/black color scheme, and I did try it. I think we'd need a darker color red though because red is such a bright color that it made it hard to stare at it long enough to read it. I'll try to put together a darkish red background today!
