No, it was a bad week, or couple of weeks that I was having, a man was unsufferably rude, and I returned the favor - I can't contest it, I was being unprofessional, as much as the asshole deserved to have a boot inserted into his rectum, it's still my job to be polite. So I can't do anything but blame myself. I've definately handled tougher guys than him before without losing my temper. Foo on me. :/

But I can reapply in 3 months :) So I'm doing my best to think of this as a vacation! woo! I won't be yelled at for 3 months! :D
