Awww. I loved Merlin's outburst at the stable, and Arthur finally getting it. Great story!

Awww wee!Arthur. *pets him* I really love Uther here. He's stoic on the outside, but really a big softie when if comes to Arthur. I really feel that's how he is in canon.

Percy and Brutus continue to be awesome (yey for Brutus chewing on Sir Rhys' kerchief!). I felt for Merlin when he said that he wants something for his own. And I love Arthur for finally understanding and gifting him (cos let's face it, those coins will find their way back to Merlin somehow) with Llamrei's foal. Oh boys. *smishes them together*

Oh, lovely... I like both parts very much. I can so imagine Arthur as a child, getting his own horse, and that was a very lovely take on him.
