Along comes Thanksgiving. I'm going to cook beer-can chicken after I get home from my mom's tomorrow. I've always wanted to try it, and I think a few people are going to drop by at some point to have some food. Why not do the hostly thing and have some food ready for them? That's what I thought as well. So our journey takes us to the nearest place

Beer can chicken rocks

.....and the rack is optional.....he'll stand up pretty well on his own, between the beer can and his own legs. :-)
