Had I known you were contemplating getting into the Twilight series, I would have stopped you. My inner teen would have cheered you on, but she's easy to silence. ;)
I have the first part as an audiobook, and I had high expectations for it, seeing how everyone has been going on about how fantastic the series is. Needless to say, it wasn't as good as I was led to believe. I would have loved it when I was 13 or 15, but now... not so much.

And yay for Pushing Daisies! We have the new ep. ready and waiting for J. to get home from work.

The new episode is just as good as the first season was. Now that's the clumsiness and lovestory with a dark twist I like! Ned is just too sweet for words!

And about Twilight.. let's just say that next time I'm contemplating starting a series of books I'll ask here first! :D
(I'm afraid no bad review could've stopped me though... I'm such a sucker for vampire stories U_u)

yay for pushing daisies. I love that show. I was wondering about Twilight. I am working on A Confederacy of Dunces and was thinking about starting that series next.

If you're into sappy teenage lovestories (with vampire) then that's the book for you. Mind you the first 300 pages are all about the lovestory and how handsome he is and how clumsy she is and not much more. Then there's some action but it's somewhat lame.
Just so you know ;)

Vai dal dottore ç_ç

Sulle serie...

Nooo, V what possessed you? ;___;
Twilight is a (very lousy, from what I've been told) series for (tasteless) pre-teens and early teens.
My mind boggles at the thought that anybody over 13 might read and actually enjoy such trash.
Geez.

Yeah but nobody told me that beforehand! (and I know of people way over 13 who did enjoy it!)...
It's all because of Vampires (Lol), you know?!?...

XD
