Duncan passed away today

Duncan died half an hour ago. I already miss my little bunny boy so much. He was about nine years old at best guess since he was adopted. He had lost some weight this week (notable in a tiny Netherlands dwarf) His motor skills were off suddenly and he was lying on his stomach with his legs sprawled around him and only able to walk a few steps

*HUGS* So sorry for your loss. I know exactly what you mean about bunnies becoming like family. I lost my dear Twinkle about a year and a half ago, yet rarely does a day go by that I don't think of him - I even have dreams of him! Always hold all the wonderful bun memories close to your heart.

P.S.
Something that helped me cope was making a photo album of my bun. I wrote all the dates and little comments for each picture. Maybe it would be a good way to remember your wonderful, dear Duncan

ahh i must have missed this post. i am so so so sorry. i have two bunnies now, and have lost one in the past, so i know how you are feeling. make sure to keep things that remind you of him around. you know where i am if you need to talk. <3
