Good news, finally :)
Turns out my Grandpa hadn't been getting his medicine and that is why he was becoming so weak. Some shrew of a nurse didn't ask what prescriptions he was on despite the fact that that is protocol when he was being moved to rehab one of the multiple times. He's supposed to slowly get better now and I'm very relieved
