The lights aren't working in the bathroom in the dorm. The main toilet part isn't too bad because there is at least a small window and it's midday. However the shower part has no windows and curves around a hallway, it's absolutely pitch dark in there. I like my Ottoman Empires professor, but since I added that class late I'm a week and twelve chapters behind. She asked me if I just wanted to drop the class but it was too late to sign up for anything else and I'm still optimistic. I'm going to have to work my ass off this weekend though. Yesterday I went out to lunch at D'atri's. It was quite good but I made what will henceforth be known as fatal mistake #26b I ordered a reuben. After a whole week of running around begging teachers on my knees and journeying from secretary to secretary I'm finally registered for all my classes. I have one class on mondays (6:00 PM - 9:20, I can sleep in yeah!) and none on Fridays. Last year I registered the first day I could and I had 8 AM classes every freakin' day, go figure. Couple 'raise' Cabbage Patch doll as son... for 19 years Joe and Pat love him so much they prefer him to their real child, an adult daughter named Vicky, says The Sun. Of course these people hail from Maryland. I had a cabbage patch doll named Hamster, I don't even know where she is now. Does that make me a bad mother?

Hung out with Amanda and talked for hours today. I adore her but when she complains about being fat I want to throw things at her. She's like a juniors size five/seven and 24 years old, so she is in no way heavy.
