6th annual RedWagon Toy Drive to benefit Wolfson Children's hospital, in memory of Othello Smith!!

The date has been set. Mark your calendars.

This year I will again need 12 "Elves". (SIX teams of TWO)

It will be done a tad bit different this year though.
I would like each elf to collect toys, not just show up to deliver toys. This requires a lot of dedication and commitment.

awesome!!! hey i have that lady kathy who helped the last couple of years, she is unemployeed, she got layed off from here about 6 months ago but she came to visit a couple of days ago and aksed if she could help again this year , i told her i wasnt sure if we were doing it but if we did I would ask you if it was ok, not sure if she will be able to gather toys etc,, i will speak to someone at golden corral to see about donating and i think i need to plan better this year at tip top and start it earlier and tom is back at the trailer park so i will get with him the next time i see him,, anyfurther thought about fundraising,, u know u and i and hopefully a few others could split the cost of renting a booth at the flea market for a weekend or 2 and you could sell your oh so amazing jewelery and all the other cool stuff you make?? just a thought that came to me as i was typing,,

I want to make sure that it isnt all you and me this year heading up any collection efforts.ya know?

about fundraising.. have a few ideas im trying to work with. Maybe a concert.. I have a few emails out to local bands and waiting on a call back about a venue.

As for a booth at the flea market.. I dont think that would be the right venue.. I was thinking of submitting to the art market (which would be a better fit) OR a spot at this new handmade/art consignment shop in the southside.. (calling them today)

The magazine piece about my etsy shop is out in the stores now. So, that may bring in more business.

awesome i need to see the piece in the magazine,, a concert would be a great idea,, i know what u mean hopefully as we say every year we can get some help this year, how are the boys what grad is sebastian in this year

maynard and atreyu are good. they are running me crazy.
bastian is in 6th.. at the middle school of the arts!!! (he had to audition)
I havent seen tha magazine piece yet. But, ive been told about it a few times. I had to order one, cause only one shop it town carries it..and they dont have it in yet!! UGH.. haha
