So.... Valentine's Day is different in the United States, right? It's for both people to trade gifts, not just the girls? So there's no White Day, right

Something like that. American's don't have a White Day as I recall so both genders celebrate it on the same day in February.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. From what I can tell Renji doesn't know much about the holiday at all...plus he doesn't seem very picky. I think he'd enjoy just about anything coming from you.
Heh, sorry, I'm too used to getting presents for someone else, it's the only person I know how to shop for anymore.
You guys still seem pretty new together so I'd suggest something small and simple. Chocolates are probably your best bet...this holiday is all about sweets after all.
Oh, I've never heard of White Day before, what's that?
Valentine's Day though, it sounds like a lot of people are having trouble coming up with things to do. You could always write him a note or a poem about how much you care about him or have a nice quiet meal together.
In Japan... Valentine's Day is just for the girls to give boys something... On White Day, which is a month after Valentine's Day, the boys will give a present back to the girl who gave them a gift.
Like I said, I only ever celebrated it with my mentor and manager... So.. Do you really think a note or poem? I.... might be able to do the meal thing....
Well then, you should get him something that reflects that!
[A light giggle. Shirley enjoys helping people like this, after all.]
Well, there's always chocolates if he likes those - especially if they're handmade! That's a wonderful way to show someone that they mean a lot to you. A small box, neatly wrapped, and a handwritten note to him...
It sounds so different over here, from what I've been reading lately. Let me know if you would like some help making anything! I'll come and give you a hand!
