Hmmm . . . . that is odd. Is there tall trees for a nest for this falcon anywhere? Anything else that would intice this falcon to stay? When did you start noticing the falcon was around? Did you try to call animal control to see what was what? On the other hand, if the falcon is not causing any damage nor harming anyone, then I suppose it will okay. Though, I am curious to see pictures of the falcon if you have it! *coughs, closet druid, nature-lover, coughs, coughs*
And oooooh, wait a minute, Melissa . . . do you mean to cut it a bit like Keira Knightley in the movie, "Domino"? You know, short all around, almost like a boy, but with those, as you say, "longer wisps in the front"? *is really curious for some odd reason*
We have a few trees in our front yard; he likes the birch, the two apple trees, and this one really big tree, which I have no idea what type it is. I'm trying to get a picture, but he doesn't like people, so as soon as he spots me, he flies away. However, he isn't the least bit scared of cars, which is how I saw him so close and so long the first time, so what I need to do is grab my camera, take a ride around the block, and then catch him when I come up the driveway. I don't know about the haircut, since I haven't seen domino. However, it's more likely that I will talk about it than do it, since I have always had long hair, and I'm afraid I might hate it if it were that short. I will cut it from my butt to my chin, but I've enevr had hair above my chin. Besides, I think it would look rather bunkish, and it's probably not the best idea to look puckish while I'm trying to get a corporate job... I'll wait until I get into an agency for that. Haha.

I don't know about the haircut, since I haven't seen domino. However, it's more likely that I will talk about it than do it, since I have always had long hair, and I'm afraid I might hate it if it were that short.
