Yay! Spa!

Ok, so I'm going to the W hotel again this year, this time with both my sisters, and we are going to do the spa thing (yes I am bad.).  Ok, so massage or facial?  Maybe I should go economy (since I am being sooooo bad) and just do a regular pedicure? 
Any advice?  Possibly tips on other things to do in Chicago?  My sister just wants to do that,

Heh- Why is that the comment I get from everyone? I'm sure they don't offer that in a bliss. However, I'm sure I could get that for totally free by visiting the club on the top floor (hahaha). Who needs to pay spa prices for that?
