So, not to sound too completely self-involved, but I am doing much better than when I last posted which was approximately 9 weeks ago. Explanation for it being 9 weeks ago: I went back to Huntsville for a "minute" and when I got back to Kentucky the cable was screwed up, hence the internet was screwed up. But it's back on now.
