I went to the library and got a load of books. And I’m not using the term ‘load’ for the casual, colloquial meaning it has when it rolls in and hides in the middle of your sentence. I’m using it in the way you’d say “trailer load of bricks”. Or “that baby just dropped a load”.
Last night I sent out a txt to a couple of you asking a burning question. One, I doubt you'll disagree,that has been plaguing man kind since the beginning of time around this time last year.

I've been home from the farm (read: lifestyle block) for a mere hour. Already, I've read all my email, harvested my cotton, milked my cows, harvested my various fruit trees, collected the eggs from my numerous chickens, organised my grocery shopping list (in my head) and even a family-sized bag of rashuns.
