Heavens, I love ice hockey now. So! I'm looking for NHL teams to attach to since Atlanta got rid of ours. (Well, if you have more 300 dollar tickets than not...) I'm solid on ECHL teams, as I'm a Glads girl through and through. But I'm trying to expand my horizons ( Read more... )

They are AMAZING! Go check out their website - they have a bunch of cool info on there. Their mascot is an octopus.

Ooh. *goes to check it out* I just got back from a hockey game earlier. Here's a fight from the game. The team was all kinds of aggressive. I loved it for a final game of the season at home.

You have an octopus...and we have a lion named Maximus.

Looking at the game score tonight, I'd say that the Sharks are BAMFS in overtime or shootouts. (They kicked the Predators ass the other day.)

I'm from Philly so I will always back the Flyers even if I still try to avoid hockey. And a good chunk of my flist is into the Chicago Blackhawks.

Flyers...all I know about them is I used to have a pair of shoes called Flyers that my daddy glee. I have no idea why. Are the Blackhawks...good? (Seriously, we had the Knights, then the Thrashers, and sold them both so I vaguely know NHL teams. And I do mean vaguely.)

You know how giddy Judge played about the furries? I was doing that at the TV when watching Nashville versus San Jose...and Carolina and whoever their opponent was. You would think I knew the rules or something.

The Blackhawks won the Stanley cup against the flyers a few years ago. I want to say it was 2010 but I can't actually remember. Right now I know my friends who like them are constantly yelling at them so they might be a bit hit or miss for now.

Oh! Okay. I know the Stanley cup, that's the Superbowl or World Series. They're yelling at piss poor playing or just general hockey vocalized team advice?
