So, complete dork that I am, I just spent $50 on a Christmas present for myself: the first season of a German TV show called Medicopter 117 on DVD. It was my favorite show when I was in Austria, and I was horribly disappointed when it disappeared from television halfway through my stay there. yeah, it was really strange (for me anyways), so we watched German Buffy instead, remember? at least Buffy I could sort of understand. hee.

ich hab dir eine email geschickt.

I think my attachment to Medicopter had a lot to do with the fact that it was so action-filled, and I didn't have to understand all the words to know what was going on. My best friend liked it too, and she doesn't speak any German!
