yay for cats and choirs! too bad they weren't good enough for you. also huzzah for BSG! we should try to watch an episode together or something, when you feel ready to get around to season 4 :)
We should definitely watch an episode together! Do you have any time this weekend? I'll probably have finished by book by then, and next week I have an orientation seminar that I'm not planning on bringing my laptop to, so I may be out of touch for a while...
GAAAA, your icon!! I have a confession to make: somewhere mid-Thailand, I decided to break my addiction to German soap operas. So currently, I still don't know if anyone ever figured out Olivia is dead, and I also don't know if Jenny married Axel or if she ran away with Marion. On the one hand, it makes my life simpler to not be trying to watch these shows continuously. On the other, every time I think about them, I miss them and want to know what's happening. *sigh* Addictions are so hard to break! Especially when they're to such awesome things
( ... )
I figured that would happen to you :) I decided a while ago to break my addiction to Verbotene Liebe (which I have mostly done. I tuned in for Olli and Christian getting married, but that was about it), but Alles was zählt is still hanging in there. As for things that happened: nobody ever found out that Olivia is dead, and Jenny did marry Axel.
I came to Austria early mainly so I can settle in and learn my way around before I have to start work, and also because I wanted to see my host sister before she went off to her Praktikum in Switzerland.
I wish I could come visit you too! Just keep in mind that you're welcome here anytime.
