Well... it happened again.  Another one of those panic attacks you probably read about in my postings earlier... they happen more and more often and now I know why.  Because I don't have a certain "support" factor in my life right now.  That support has a name as well.  I shant mention that name right now but I'm sure she knows who I'm talking
