I'd love to come to Kansas City! Seems like a silly little dream to entertain at this point though.. quite a bit going on this summer already, and enough money problems to keep me up at night..

Afraid it's still a no-go for me. Finals week next week, then a summer class starts, have to be moved out of my apartment by May 31st, and leave for Spain on May 30th..

oh, how i <3 bikini kill. it brings me right back to my junior year of high school. have you heard tream dresch? even better.

where are you going in spain? my parents bought me a plane ticket and rail pass for my graduation from nau. i went to france, spain, italy and germany. i was the most excited about italy but fell enjoyed spain much more. i can't wait to go back. don't be too afraid. it takes away from the experience. my traveling companion remained terrified up until the last week and it nearly ruined his (and my) trip.

I haven't heard of tream dresch... I don't even know how to go about pronouncing that quite yet, heh, but I'll definitely look into it. My friend Michelle's been giving me her bikini kill/riot grrrl/whatever kind of bullshit because I've been loading her up on my Le Tigre stuff.

I'll mainly be in Granada in Spain. There are a few day trips to some other places in Spain, but I can't recall right now... I should've left my ticket open-ended so that I could travel around to a few other places.. but I trying to be so strict with myself about money because of how much my parents are financially helping me out with this trip in the first place. Bad plan -- limiting yourself in any way during a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.. we'll see how it goes.

Keep encouraging me to not be afraid when I keep bitching about my trip though. I know it'll ruin my time there, have at least that much foresight about my pathetic weakly tendencies, but I just can't help but.. freak the fuck out for now.
