Date Night
Last night as we were doing errands aersi reminded me we had tentative plans to catch a movie together. After getting over the typical "This-was-not-part-of-the-plan-because-I-forgot" knee-jerk Virgo response, I decided this was a grand idea. It's the little disappointments that get to me. Changeling didn't happen last night; one player had mandatory overtime sprung on him, another is out of the state for job-training. Anyway, the long weekend has passed. Friday was... store-stuff and then time with aersi. Saturday was Dark Heresy which went well, and time at home with aersi; we also visited Boobyhaven briefly and I re-learned why I can't do split-screen video games. Ow. Last night's Star Trek: Solstice game went really well. Lots of good character interactions and conflicts. Sadly, it might be another month before we can play again.
Tonight I'll be at the store for a few hours before getting aersi. Tomorrow I'll be running Dark Heresy: Carnal Embrace and then working at the store, while Sunday will be Inglourious ( Read more... ) -
