i want to be a vegan (maybe for just like a week) for all the wrong reasons actually for two reasons and one of them is ok: to be healthy & to be skinny. what are the actual rules of veganhood?
hey doll as a vegetarian for almost 8 years...i might be able to give some vegan insight. basically--no animal products. so obviously no meat. in addition, no milk (or milk products like cheese, yoghurt, etc), no eggs, no honey, no gelatin etc. good luck and much love
being vegan isn't healthy unless you do it right, so i would maybe talk to a doctor or another vegan who knows whats up to figure out what you need in order to get the vitamins/nutrients/etc you otherwise wouldn't be getting. ' good luck.
take vegan vitamins and probably extra calcium (though that doesn't matter for one week). read all labels and watch for things like whey and casein that are in lots of random stuff. and yeah, if you want to be a super-vegan don't eat honey, but as i see it they aren't intentionally killing bees. for your reasons it probably doesn't matter, but most vegans won't use anything tested on animals or wear leather. yay vegans =)
