[ Flora looks surprised a moment, staring in disbelief at her surroundings. She hadn't expected to return. Actually, she hadn't really expected to leave in the first place. Yet here she was, back from a 'trip' home. And what a trip it was...She hadn't thought so many things could happen in the span of a day.

((Clive was in the middle of, well, nothing when he felt a slight buzz in his pocket. Ignoring it at first, he blinks at the ceiling. He did miss having a girl around. Women were always better company.

Then he looks. He flips the cover. Back to the apartment? He didn't realize Takato had gone out, scanning the screen better.

Then he saw the frequency. he was startled, and sat up to make sure he wasn't dreaming. He looked at his watch--no... it was normal. He was awake. Again he glanced at the communicator, and reread the message.

He smiled. She was back. He knew there were things to clear up, he had his own things to explain; they were sad, yes, but he felt it would make things better.

No one really mentioned that the scientists could change a character's timeline, however. His rejoicing was premature.))

[ She's not sure what else to say, staring at the screen. She was upset with him, and rightfully so, but...she still liked him, and found she was looking forward to seeing him sans handcuffs.

She tries to bury that feeling, because it just made her feel worse. He didn't like her, he'd made that clear enough. So what she needed was an apology, right? She needed an explanation for the events from back home.

Though she couldn't help herself, and as she walks along she thinks over her previous stay. He'd always been so kind...but something was bothering her. She stops just short of Horton and frowns, thinking. He had told her something a few months back, hadn't he? Something...
