PUZZLE 001: Where's Latimir?

If I recall right, there should be three other buildings standing with the Latimir building, an Office Building, a Toy Store, and a small Factory. Trouble is, I'm not sure WHICH building it is of those! I do remember this much though:
-The Office building is next to the Toy Store
-The Factory is not next to Latimir
-The Office building is to the immediate right of the Factory.

That should be enough for you to find it. I'll meet you there.

I'm not putting myself down, though. I'm still just a beginner when it comes to solving puzzles, you see.

Why don't I set up an apartment for you near my own? You'll be independent, and have someone near to help.
