Today I'm pretty sure I hurt more than I've ever hurt before. It feels like someone just took everything inside of me and killed it and then just to make it worse shit on my face...hardcore...seriously. I am going to go puke now...and then clean the refrigerator.

so keith and i went to go switch the cars and about 15 miles into being on the interstate on the way back, my old sable craps out on me. luckily, my parents retrieved us and to us to the nearest exit because multiple joeliosis is awesome and came to pick us up. I've been doing these workout things for about a half hour to forty five minutes every day and it feels great. my flabby stomach is going away and soon my abs of steel are going to be so hard that i'll be able to like bust stuff just by flexing them or something. Y'all are jealous!
