It's Ron Herron's design. I was pretty amazed by the whole idea. I've also heard of Blow-Out Village by Peter Cook, and Gasket Homes by Ron Herron & Warren Chalk. Oh, and I forgot to note that Walking City is a paper architecture, so it technically doesn't exist yet
