Grammatical Escape (or) Bed and Breakfast with Complimentary Misplaced Modifiers

What's wrong with this paragraph?

The Cottage Room
The Cottage Room is a charming room for a single person, with windows facing the side yard, which is frequently visited by deer. Recently remodeled in the cottage style. Private bath. Full breakfast and afternoon tea.

That's right. I'm an event planner and a grammar snob.

Do the deer only visit for afternoon tea?

The deer might be part of afternoon tea. It'd be very english to have cold-venison sandwhiches. mmmm.

You can't tell from the way it's written whether the deer frequently visit the side yard (probably the intent) or the guest room itself (might make things a little crowded...)

Then again, if you like rooming with deer, then I guess it's great...
