I have a lot on my mind right now.

And in this case, I think "on" is actually the right preposition to use.

Normally, when someone says she has "a lot on her mind," she means that she has a lot in her mind - that her brain is full of thoughts and ideas, or anxieties, or unaccomplished tasks.  I have little to worry me right now, and the inside of my ( Read more... )

Hey, Choat, and Frankenfoot, I'll be there, too. Partay! For me at least, if you were wondering, the period of mourning Oberlin started when I actually left, not when I actually graduated. I missed PEOPLE like crazy, but that's different from losing the place. I wonder if it was easier in some way that my FTLing (FingTL?) for a year separated the two kinds of loss?

Awesome! How ironic that we have to go to Ohio to hang out... no, seriously, part of my Spring resolution is to go out and Do More Things. So visiting the backwoods of Brighton can certainly be on the list. After all, you guys still have to teach me how to play the gamba...
