Tattoo is finished
I went in for my final appointment today. Dropped the artist that had originally worked on the tattoo as she was no longer considered reliable (forgot my appointments, changed shops 3x in 6 months, and her cell was no longer operational). Another day in the 'burgh
Well, I am in pittsburgh through Wednesday. Work has sent me to a wire drawing conference. The last 2 days have been spent in classes on wire processing, casting and drawing. The next few days are going to be spent listening to papers, meeting vendors, and I get to go to a ballgame while i am out here ( Read more... ) -
New Tattoo
Well, I finally went and got the initial work done on the tattoo. All the lines are in and I just need to wait for 2-3 weeks to get the lines touched up and the color added then I get to wait another 2-3 weeks to getthe color touched up. Another milestone
Well, today is another milestone in the journey that i started back in August. I have dropped 50.5 pounds in that time and am now 210.5 pounds. To give a better idea on how much that is...try lifting 6 gallons of milk at once and that was the extra weight I was carrying on my body. I still need to drop another 35 pounds and I plan on losing 10 ( Read more... ) -
Rock Band
Well, I finally broke down and got Rock Band today. Took some of the gift certificates that have been sitting around since Christmas and dropped the out of pocket expense to something a bit more reasonable. Marathon and stuff
Well, barring some really bad weather I will be coming to Marathon this year. Since I turned the Cartech job down again, I am no longer in a rush and have the time to spare. -
Life update
I know that I have not posted much this past year but things have been a bit busy.
Am in the process of negotiating for a new job in Reading, PA. Hopefully I will have everything figured out by the end of next week. I am also in the initial stages of going through a divorce (no paperwork filled out yet but that will be coming soon). I figure ( Read more... ) -
Short Visits
Well, back to Cleveland again to take another seminar on Monday. I will be getting sometime in the afternoon on Sunday. Last one I will have to take for some time. -
One for the road
Well, I have managed to spend from noon on Tuesday until today on the road. I was originally supposed to be done Wednesday night but I got a call from my boss telling me that I would have a meeting in Cleveland on Thursday (which is where i was at Tuesday-Wednesday). I am just ready for the week to be over so I can rest. -
VROOM VROOM
I know that I have not been on here for quite some time. WoW has kinda eaten up a lot of my time...well, that and work. I am hitting the one year mark since I started my Lean Six Sigma training at work. I am nearly done with all aspects of my training.
