Sho moved closer to Aiba, he had missed him so bad. He had taken him for granted during all this time, and thanks to his own stupidity he had lose him. He couldn't believe what he had done, Aiba didn't deserve it.

"Masaki... I'm sorry"

He could see how Aiba flinched at his words before composing himself again.

"You don't need to be, I... I understand it. So don't mind me, go to see him"

Sho's heart broke again at the emotionless tone.

"I don't wanna see him! I don't want anything with him! I want you!"

Aiba kept silent, and Sho didn't know what to do.

"Please, I know I fucked it up! I'm an idiot and I don't deserve you... but I can't live without you"

His tears started to flow freely. He wanted him to tell him something, that he hated him... whatever, but something would be better than the silence he was getting from him.

His knees started to give in, he just needed an answer, anything.

He bowed his head and kept apologizing, he'd do anything for Aiba's forgiveness.

"Please, forgive me! I don't deserve it, I know, but please... Masaki, please!"

He couldn't control his tears nor his sobs, he stayed kneeled in the floor desperate. He didn't want to lose him, he couldn't continue with his life without him. He had needed to lose him to see that, he was such an stupid for that. He had hurt him, how could Aiba forgive him if he couldn't forgive himself?

He couldn't see Aiba, he was afraid of raising his gaze and see that same cold look on Aiba's eyes. It was then when he noticed a presence besides him, he looked at the person, hoping it was Aiba, but found Jun instead.

"Sakurai-san, this is not the place for this conversation"

He allowed him to get him up without saying a word, he didn't know what else to say. He knew Jun was right, this was not the place to do this, but was the only place he knew he could find him.

"I--I'm sorry... I just, I wanted to see Masaki"

He sensed Jun patting him in the back, and he appreciated that the other tried to comfort him, but he just needed Aiba.

He shifted his gaze to Aiba, the other was looking at him with a hurt gaze. He tried to move closer to him, but Aiba stepped back. Well, he guessed he deserved it.

"Masaki, I'm sorry. I... want... need to talk to you. Please, at least listen to me." He wiped his tears before continuing "Even if it's just a minute, please"

Aiba's lack of answer was sinking Sho's hopes more and more.

"I'll be waiting for you, at our bench in the park. I don't mind how long I have to wait for you, I'll be waiting"

He waited a little for an answer, but Aiba looked to the side without say anything at all. He wiped the tears away from his face and started to walk to the door.

Once out, he got inside his car and drove to the park near his home. He walked to the bench near the fountain and waited, while a wave of memories came to his mind. That bench was the place where him and Aiba had spent some of their best time together. Since they moved there, every weekend they’d took walks that ended with the two of them eating ice cream and sitting in that bench, they could chat for hours about anything. That was the place where Aiba had craved their names in the wood of the bench, where Aiba promised him he'll always love him and Sho promised him he'd never hurt him, that he'd give him the best life... the life he deserves.

Tears started roll down his cheeks again, how could he been so stupid and ungrateful towards the man that had gave him everything, that sacrificed his life and home to follow him in a new town, that didn't matter to make sacrifices as long as Sho could fulfill his dream of becoming a great lawyer.

AIBA’S POV:

Aiba tried to remain calm when he saw Sho appearing in front him, of course he knew of that possibility since Ninomiya was sill staying at the hotel. But unexpectedly he moved closer to him before speaking

"Masaki... I'm sorry"

He couldn't avoid flinching at his words, and even could hear a tone of sadness on the other man's voice, but it couldn't be, he was with Ninomiya now, so what was sad about that. He grabbed courage before replying, he tried to not show him he was hurt, it wasn't needed so he tried to use an emotionless tone.

"You don't need to be, I... I understand it. So don't mind me, go to see him"

"I don't wanna see him! I don't want anything with him! I want you!" The other man said and Aiba didn't know what to say at that

"Please, I know I fucked it up! I'm an idiot and I don't deserve you... but I can't live without you"

His heart broke as soon as the other man star breaking down in tears, but he didn't know what to do and needed to remind himself that he was at work before start doing the same, so he reminded silent.

Unexpectedly he saw the older man kneeling down in front of him, he had never seen him like that  and his mind was a chaos, he didn't know what to think or what to do and he couldn’t bring himself to say anything.

"Please, forgive me! I don't deserve it, I know, but please... Masaki, please!"

Was then when Jun patted his back softly and went close to Sho who continued kneeling in the floor, crying. He could listen and see Jun talking but his mind was a mess and he couldn't actually pay attention to Jun, all his attention was focused on Sho, while he remained stiff and glued to the floor.

Sho got up tears still on his cheeks and his eyes red and then he felt the need to run to him, to tell him everything would be ok, but a part of him didn't allow him to do so, the part of him that knew and kept repeating that he was better with Ninomiya.

He felt Sho getting close to him, but instinctively he stepped back, not allowing him to touch him, he could see the hurt look on the other's eyes.

"Masaki, I'm sorry. I... want... need to talk to you. Please, at least listen to me." He wiped his tears before continuing "Even if it's just a minute, please"

Aiba just looked at him while tears brimmed in his eyes but again he didn't say anything

"I'll be waiting for you, at our bench in the park. I don't mind how long I have to wait for you, I'll be waiting"

He saw him turning back and leaving the hotel, still stcuk in the same place while thousand of thoughts overwhelmed him. What was he supposed to do? He loved Sho more than anything, and it was breaking his heart seeing him like that. He was supposed to be happy, he had found a better person for him... Aiba tried to make sense to it when he felt Jun patting his back.

"Aiba-chan, are you ok?"

He couldn't answer, he just kept staring at Jun lost in his thoughts. What was he supposed to do know? The tears started to flow and he couldn't stop it.

Jun pulled him towards the little office in the reception. As he entered there, Jun hugged him tightly, letting Aiba to cry in his shoulder.

"What should I do? I don't know what to do anymore Jun"

Jun kept patiently patting his back trying to calm him, but the image of Sho kneeling down crying wouldn't stop coming to his mind, making him cry harder.

After a while, he finally calmed down a little, enough for Jun to free him a little from the hug.

"What should I do now, Jun-kun?"

"Aiba-chan, what is your heart telling you to do?"

Aiba looked at his friend and thinking on what he had just told him. He asked himself what he should do and decided to listen to his heart to find the answer.
