I want this game

I want someone to make a new game, and it needs to contain the following:

• Vehicle manslaughter and acrobatics on the scale of Carmageddon
• Practically fully destructible environment like Syndicate Wars
• An open ended environment on the scale of GTA, but doesn't need to have as much of the story.
• The corporate bent to the game with agents, research items

That's a tall order.

Probably not the type of thing that many people would want, so you probably won't see it in your lifetime.

The game I wanted was basically Morrowind, so I've been pretty happy with the state of modern games for a while.
