For those who read this who are in Indoor Percussion, and as a reminder to myself: 12 to 4 Saturday.

Yesterday was our first scored Indoor competition :) We got 2nd with a score of 64.2 but we missed awards. I still don't understand the difference in scoring between TOB and KIDA but I guess that's an OK score. The judges said we needed more variety and "dynamic shaping". Today = FIRST INDOOR SHOW! It was much different than marching band, a lot more fun and laid back than marching band too. I still love marching band more though. We drove 2 hours for 47 seconds of exhibition music..no scores, and the performance was pretty good. The judges meeting was interesting. Semester one....accomplished. For indoor we have a whole 47 seconds of our 1 minute 30 second show learned...YES! Went to the doctor today....as much as I hate doctors, mine is pretty cool. Yesterday, I woke up at 8:00 and went to indoor around 8:30. I thought I was going to be the only one who was going to be there for the 3 hours before practice so I brought homework. Standardized testing has stopped bothering me just in time for...FINAL EXAMS! I don't know why I bring any of that up because the fact is, I don't really mind taking tests, just the standardized ones.
