in my opinion, your moments of brilliance far outweigh your moments of idiocy. to be honest (very honest; tone-of-this-journal honest), i can only recall a few moments of real idiocy from you... ever. and i hang out with you a good deal, so while i may not know for sure, i certainly believe myself to have a valid viewpoint. no one is brilliant all the time, everyone expects some foolishness.

btw, "impetus" or "impotence"... and let's hope it was the first one!
