- about 1 cup flour - 2 eggs - cabbage - a little bit of water
Chop up cabbage into medium-small pieces and place in a large bowl. Add flour and eggs, mix well, it should be a good wet looking mixture. If you need to add a little water you can do that too (probably less than 2 tablespoons) You can add blocks of tofu, shrimp, beef, chicken, extra vegetables... whatever you want into the mixture. I sometimes use this instant stock flavoring from Daiso, it's the fish one not seaweed. Then you pour the mixture onto a frying pan and don't make it too thick or else the middle will be too gooey and uncooked. (unless you really like that) Then as you're waiting you can put pieces of bacon on top (I like to because it tastes really good XD) and flip!
yummmmmmm..... I want to cook all the time XD Perhaps I should get a culinary apprenticeship!
