Tears and more tears?

I'm going to sleepover at Bobbie's tomorrow, and she said there's no internet there right now, so I'm going ahead and posting for tomorrow as well.:D

Day fifteen: When is the last time you cried and why.

I remember the first time I ever cried for law school: when there were just too many cases to read for one night and I knew there was no way in hell that I would finish all of them, even if I were to forego sleep.

The first time I cried for a recit: Torts. I read up all the cases, except for one because I had the wrong case. It was a long one and by the time I was called, there was no way to finish it and wing it. Besides, you can't just wing it in law school. That's suicide. It was the frustration that really pushed me over the edge. It's knowing you studied but shit still happened.

But the last time I cried? When my grandmother decided to do me a favor by refilling my hand sanitizer bottle, which was Sea Island Cotton. The last of its kind that I've seen in the Philippines. Possibly the last ever because I heard they phased it out. She refilled it with something else. It was frustration that ultimately made me cry; because I'd been saving it up and keeping it aside and yet, she just had to find it and do something nice for me. And, of course, I realized how petty that was. But when you've been as stressed as I've been, even the smallest thing could tick you off and make you cry, given perfect timing. And at the time, it was just really really perfect timing.

Day sixteen: A time where you were most happy.

I have many many happy moments.:D I can't just pick one -- it's like making me pick who my favorite sister is!

But here's one of the most recent laugh-til-you-die moments we had here at home:

Mama: *enters the room* Kapag pumunta kayo sa kusina, wag niyo kalimutan patayin yung ilaw.
Me: Pinatay ko naman po kanina, a.
Mama: Hindi kaya. O ewan ko kung sinong ibang nagbukas tas nakalimutan.
Mom: Sige po, Ma.
Mama: *looks at Mom* Ang lapit mo naman manood ng TV. *leaves*
Mom:.................................*curls into a ball* She picked on meeeee.

:))
Okay, babaw lang.
