Ugh I'm so unproductive and useless! You can tell because i've been updating my journal like a madwoman.

Art school just doesn't feel gratifying to me. I want to lust after academics. I've been thinking about literary and cultural theory, maybe women's studies

Here's my advice: Find something you want to do, and choose the major that will bring you there, not vice versa. Will save you a lot of head/heartache when you graduate.

Haha... I don't know if it's possible to lust after academics... or maybe you just become one of those people who stay in school forever... but I think they're just lazy or scared of the real world. Lemme know if you do find some academic something that makes you lust for it, curious. ;)
