One thing I will always hate is diffusing situations at work. Some of the surgical techs are frustrated and angry with their doctor, the doctor is frustrated and yelling at the techs. I'm stuck working with all of them and having to try and make everyone happy so I can be that way too

I didn't know my boss was a Dr. too! I swear to Dawg, its easier for him to ask me the same question time after time, than it is for him to try to remember what I told him an hour ago :P And he wonders why I had a shitty attitude at times. GAH!
