This sort of thing has happened before. When it has the "mutant" babies were either surgically altered to resemble the standard human again, or analyzed, tested on, and eventually killed out of prejudice and fear. The spawn would only be able to survive in third world countries, where spermicide is not exactly a strength.

You're missing the point. This isn't going to be those isolated incidents any more, and third world countries will be the last to see these monsters. There will be so many of them that no one can stop them from becoming mainstream. And the Amercian Reicht will stop them from being safely aborted. They will finally be given rights! They might be considered handicapped at first, but soon... the world will see their superiority to us two handers.
